In addition to the dolphin program, your Xcaret visit includes full-day access to the park, featuring underground rivers, snorkeling areas, lush jungle trails, cultural performances, beaches, and the spectacular evening show celebrating Mexican history. Select packages also include meals, beverages, lockers, and round-trip transportation.

1. What is included in the Xcaret Dolphin Tour?

The tour includes full-day access to Xcaret Park with cultural shows, underground rivers, natural pools, beaches, and snorkeling areas. It also includes the swim with dolphins program, access to Plus-area facilities, lockers, buffet meals with drinks, and round-trip transportation from your hotel.

2. Do I need to know how to swim and what ages are allowed?

No, you don’t need to be an expert swimmer. Life jackets and safety equipment are provided for snorkeling and dolphin interaction. This is a family-friendly experience, although specific height and age requirements apply for the dolphin swim program.

3. Where is the meeting point and how does transportation work?

Round-trip transportation to Xcaret Park is included. Pickup is usually from your hotel lobby in Cancun or the Riviera Maya. Exact pickup time and location are confirmed after booking.

4. What should I bring on the day of the tour?

We recommend bringing your swimsuit, towel, biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, and some cash for optional extras such as souvenirs or photos. For safety reasons, cameras may be restricted in the dolphin interaction areas.

 

5. Are photos or videos of the dolphin experience included?

Photos and videos of your dolphin experience are not included in the tour price but can be purchased on site at the park.
